Cancellation Policy

We thank you and appreciate your service with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer.

Refund

Cancellations are not accepted for any bookings, but will be availed in the following circumstances:

✔ If the packaging of the goods is not opened and are in good condition with packaging.
✔ Admin charges of 5% will be deducted for paperwork.
✔ Refund will be processed within 15 days from the date of request.

Exchange

Exchange is allowed only if the goods are in good condition.

Please ensure items are unused and properly packed before initiating an exchange.
